Lotus Notes
Axiot's team has been working with Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino since version 3 in 1993. We have undertaken application development and integration projects with every subsequent version (4, 4.5, 4.6, 5, 6, 6.5 and 7), right up to 2007 and the recent release of version 8. We also develop Notes/Domino applications that run on the Blackberry smartphone, so you can interact with corporate data securely, wherever you are.
Lotus Quickr
We have been working with Lotus Quickr since its first release (when it was called QuickPlace). Our projects have included the production of custom 'PlaceTypes' and 'PlaceBots' to extend the functionality with new features, and integration of Quickr applications with Domino applications. The new Quickr 8 release takes team collaboration to a whole new level, and includes a number of pre-built templates to get you delivering real business benefits without delay.
Lotus Connections
Lotus Connections is an all-new platform announced by Lotus at the beginning of 2007 and released in June 2007. This is the first business-grade 'social computing' platform from any of the major software vendors. Lotus Connections permits groups of people within an organisation to share information, knowledge and experience in a simple and compelling way. It is business software for the Facebook/MySpace generation, and it brings Knowledge Management back to the fore in a way that really works for the users (in fact, the beauty of it is that they're not even aware that they're 'doing Knowledge Management'). There will soon be a Blackberry implementation of Lotus Connections, so you will be able to tap into corporate knowledge networks wherever you are.
Lotus SameTime
In 2006 Lotus released version 7.5 of Lotus SameTime, the industry-leading real-time communications platform. This is a very powerful platform not just for 'chat' but for all sorts of real-time interaction including web-conferencing, VOIP (voice over the internet) and video-calling in the recent 7.5.1 release. There is also a Blackberry application for Lotus SameTime, so you can have real-time secure 'instant messaging' conversations wherever you are.
